You own everything

Source code, database and documentation are handed over at launch. No licence to keep paying and no hostage situation if you leave.

Fixed scope, fixed price

You approve a written scope with deliverables and cost before any money moves. Changes are quoted, not absorbed into the schedule silently.

We say no

If a project is outside what we can do well, we tell you instead of learning on your budget.

A written support window on every build, with an AMC available after it. Not "we will be around".
