Who this applies to
This policy covers AAKZEN TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us") and the information we handle when you visit this website or contact us through it. It does not cover software we build and operate on behalf of a client — in those systems the client is the data controller and their own policy applies.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. When you submit the contact form that is your name, email address, and optionally your organisation, phone number, area of interest and the message you write. Our server also records ordinary web server logs, which include IP addresses, request times and browser user-agent strings.
We do not use advertising trackers. If a web analytics tool is enabled on this site, it is named in the section below and can be blocked with any standard browser privacy setting.
Why we use it
Contact form details are used to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. Server logs are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or errors. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies
The public pages of this website set no cookies of their own. A session cookie is set only when an administrator signs in to the admin area, and it exists purely to keep that person signed in. If analytics is enabled, that service sets its own cookies under its own policy.
Analytics
No third-party analytics or tracking is currently loaded on this website.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained while there is an active or prospective working relationship, and are deleted on request. Server logs are rotated on the ordinary schedule of our hosting provider.
Security
Data in transit is protected with TLS. Administrative access is limited to named accounts with hashed passwords, and we apply security updates to the platform as they are released. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the information you send us as confidential.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@aakzentechnologies.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
This website is aimed at organisations, not individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the page itself.
